The owner of the company, John Dora, is qualified as a Chartered Engineer and is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, of the Permanent Way Institution and of the Royal Meteorological Society. He has experience spanning over 30 years in railway and flood engineering.

The company is able to advise on matters of weather resilience for all kinds of operations, from power and energy transmission to transport, ICT and water and has worked in these areas.
